7. Light your oven when you are ready to bake and allow it to heat up for like 8 to 10 minutes. If you have access to a thermometer, use it to gauge the temperature to 175 degrees Celsius.

8. As the oven is heating, roll out your dough using your rolling pin. Please do not flatten as if you are rolling dough for a meat pie. Make it thicker, this is because you're not going to fill them with sauce, and they shouldn't be that flat.

9. Cut the rolled dough into rectangular shapes and sizes you want them to be, and then drop them in the baking pan as you cut with the cutter.

10. After you must have filled the baking pan with pieces of rectangular dough, you can break the egg into a little bowl and beat it to blend.

11. Use your bristle brush cut short to apply the egg on top of the set-up as if you are washing it.

12. Once you have done the same to all of them in the baking pan, you are then ready for the oven.

13. Drop the baking pan containing the material to be baked in the heated oven and close the door.
