This is one of the easiest snacks to prepare. It's usually crunchy, hard or soft, and tasty depending on your choice. It's deep-fried.


Recipe for Chin-Chin:

Flour- 500g

Sugar- 100g

Butter- 50g

Baking powder - 1/2 tablespoon 

Nutmeg - 1 teaspoon 

Salt- a pinch 

1 Egg 

Milk powder - 1 tablespoon 


How to prepare the Chin-Chin:

Sieve your flour, sugar, and baking powder into a bowl. Add the butter and mix lightly. Add a pinch of salt, nutmeg, and mix. Add your egg, some water, and mix. Cover and keep for 20 minutes. Roll and cut into shapes of your choice. Fry in deep oil at a very low temperature until golden brown.
