Account and Responsibilities
You’re responsible for your use of the Services and any content you provide, including compliance with applicable laws. Content on the Services may be protected by others’ intellectual property rights. Please don’t copy, upload, download, or share content unless you have the right to do so.

The Account and any Services accessed through the Website may be used for the lawful purposes only and in a lawful manner, in your capacity as the private individual. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes, and regulations regarding the Website and any action performed by you via the Website. You must not misuse the Website by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other material, which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or the Services.

Amendments of the terms of use
Reditory may make changes to any part of the Terms of Use at any time for a number of reasons, including to comply with applicable laws and regulations. Account registration and management
A user might need to register an Account to utilize Reditory Services. Reditory reserves the right to refuse to register your Account with or without cause. (a) In order to register an Account, you represent, warrant, and agree that you are: (i) 13 years old; (ii) you will provide accurate registration information when opening your Account, including, without limitation, full name, the correct date of birth, country of residency, email address and telephone number and notify us of any changes of such details; (iii) you are opening the Account for your personal use and are acting as the principal and not on behalf of the third party; (iv) you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts, including these Terms of Use.

Every user may open only one Account. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have more than one Account (including any Accounts you opened with misspellings or different variations of your name or email) and we reasonably believe that multiple Accounts have been opened or used in breach of the Terms of Use, we may close your Accounts, or allow you to retain the first Account you opened with us. We will be entitled to declare all (Reditory earning balance) under any duplicate Account(s) as void and withhold any payments.

The user can request termination of their Account or close it by themselves, whenever they wish to. Any earning balance of the Account will be immediately due and non-payable.

Account suspension and termination
Without limiting or restricting Reditory's right to rely on any remedies available to it, we may exclude the User from the Services, suspend and/or terminate the Account and/or cancel any balance placed under the Account, including the withdrawal, at our absolute discretion and without having to disclose the reason. If you have any queries regarding your Account, it is your sole responsibility to notify Reditory as soon as possible and provide all relevant information as we may require. We reserve the right to withhold any earning balance in the Account from you pending determination of any investigation where we suspect you have acted in breach of these Terms of Use or any other rules and terms and conditions applicable to or any part of the Services, including, where we suspect the Account to be linked with fraudulent or suspicious activity, and where we have to withhold the funds by our own policy which can not be overruled by any country government law or policy. Reditory shall not be liable to you for any termination of the Account for whichever reason.

Transfer of balance between accounts
You are only subjected to one account, and Reditory will never transfer your balance to another user's account.

Errors and omissions
Reditory makes an effort to ensure there are no errors made in its systems utilized to make the Website and/or the Services available for use. However, human and/or system errors may occasionally result in errors. Reditory reserves the right to correct any error, whenever identified, and to void any balance withdrawal placed where such error occurred.

Reditory reserves the right to:
(a) remove, correct any Error made on earning balance in your account. (b) in circumstances where the Error has resulted from your fraudulent or prohibited activity or activity under your Account in breach of the Terms of Use and terminate your Account.

If we wrongly pay an amount to you or we pay you more than the amount to which you are properly entitled, you agree to repay to us immediately upon request from us the amount that has been wrongly paid or overpaid to you. The user must inform Reditory as soon as possible of any amount wrongly credited to their Account. We have the authority to adjust your Account to reflect the true outcome and rectify the Error.

No warranty
Reditory will endeavor to provide the Website and/or any Services using our reasonable skill and care. We make no further warranty or representation, whether express or implied, in relation to the Website and/or the Services. All implied warranties or conditions of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose, completeness, or accuracy are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

No warranty is given as to the uninterrupted provision of any Information or Data via the Website or any part of it, its accuracy, or as to the results obtained through its use. The Information or Data is not intended to amount to advice or recommendations and is provided for information purposes only. It should not be relied upon , use at your own risk and discretion.

Limitations of liability
You agree that your use of the Website and any of the Services is at your sole risk. Reditory does not accept any liability for any damages, liabilities, or losses of any kind, which are deemed or alleged to have arisen out of or in connection with the Website, any of its content, the Account, and/or any of the Services (including delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, communication or lines failure, any person’s misuse of the Website, the Account and/or the Services or any error). Reditory shall not be liable to you in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or in any other way (arising directly or indirectly) for:

loss of business, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill or reputation or any special, indirect or consequential loss, arising out of, or in relation to your use of the Website, the Services, any activity under the Account and these Terms of Use, even if such losses are foreseeable or if we have been notified by you of the possibility of such losses.

We are not liable for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the Website and/or the Account or otherwise transmitted to us and you confirm that we will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to, or suspension or discontinuance of the Services or any part or component thereof. Reditory reserves the right to cancel or suspend the Services without any liability whatsoever.

Furthermore, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage that you may suffer because of any act of God, power failure, dispute, act, failure or omission of any governmental authority or the government, obstruction of any telecommunication services or networks, or any other act, omission, delay or failure caused by a third party or otherwise outside of our control. Nothing in the Terms of Use shall exclude or limit Reditory’s liability for liability that cannot be excluded by the applicable law.

If any provision of the Terms of Use is found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the other provisions of the Terms of Use which shall remain in full force and effect. In such instances, the part declared invalid or unenforceable shall be amended in a manner consistent with the applicable law to reflect, as closely as possible, Reditory’s original intent.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. Your use of all links to third-party websites is at your own risk. We do not monitor or have any control over and make no claim or representation regarding third-party websites. To the extent such links are provided by us, they are provided only as a convenience, and a link to a third-party website does not imply our endorsement, adoption, or sponsorship of, or affiliation with, such third-party websites.

When you leave the Website, whether, via a link contained on the Website or through the use of your web browser or other navigational tools, the information you view is not provided by us. Our terms and policies do not govern your use of third-party websites. We are not responsible for, have no control over, and do not monitor or review the content of any other website. A link to a third-party website does not imply sponsorship, approval, affiliation, or endorsement by NairaTrading of the linked third-party website or of that third party's products or services.

At any time and in Reditory's sole discretion, Reditory may (in whole or in part) modify, suspend or discontinue the Service and/or any Content without notice, for any reason. We shall have no liability to you or to any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuance.

Your violation of these Terms shall be considered a breach of contract.

The Terms of Use and any document expressly referred to in them and any guidelines or rules posted on the Website represent the entire agreement between Reditory and the users in relation to the subject matter of the Terms of Use and supersede any prior agreement, understanding, or arrangement between the users and Reditory, whether oral or in writing.
